Stissing Lake Marshland Painting

This marshland painting, which is 2 feet x 4 feet wide, features a beautiful area near Rhinebeck, NY.  By painting this canvas,  I wanted to capture the natural beauty and the tranquil quality of this magnificent place.

Our Stone Garden Shed

This is the first painting I've done of our stone shed with my lush cottage garden in the foreground.  I love this scene because it shows how all my flowers are vying for a taste of the sun.  My husband, Tom, built this beautiful 10'x10' solid stone shed with a working fireplace and a basement for the garden tools.  He used all found materials and side of the road windows.  He even hand-split the cedar wood shingles for the roof.
